~Sometimes you just need a nice tall glass of Cold Hard Truth~ We all have flaws... I definitely have my share... Im riddled with them, actually. You shouldnt let your flaws paralyze you...but most importantly, you shouldnt let your flaws Hurt you or the ones you Love. For me, I think my greatest flaw is hiding from the truth. ANY truth that isnt covered with Roses and Daisies... Any truth that would force me to Confront the things that Hurt me... And any truth that would place me in a position to stare my Flaws and Fears right in the Face... But how can you grow as a person if you are unwilling to confront these things? The answer is easy... You cant! If you spend most of your time with your head in the sand pretending everything is ok, instead of facing whatever issues that keep you at arms length from happiness, you cant evolve mentally or spiritually... It will serve you well to look the truth in the face and confront it. Knowledge truly is power... Unfortunately, our instinct is not that of enlightenment but that of ease. Its easier to run away... Trust me, I know... Ive been running a long, long time. So Sometimes its imperative to stop... Take a breath... And have a nice tall glass of cold hard truth. Its hard to swallow, but Im drinking it down...
