Remove any and everything away from your immediate being for a day or two that may carry stress or frustration... Embrace all things that you are well aware will only keep you smiling or at complete ease... You environment and thoughts should be tranquil and serene, absent of any perceptual negative flow... take it in... shut the doors... and ride that blessed wave of harmonious bliss... Allow this to recharge you... to change you, if only for a day or two, to keep you from participating in some nonsense or behavior that is not and will not be becoming of you... recognize the ability to not only love what you are but what you are capable of becoming!
