Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) 5. Revolved Beam modified - Outside (Parivrtta Parighasana) 6. Revolved Beam modified - Inside (Parivrtta Parighasana) 7. Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) 8. Three Leg Dog (Eka Pada Adho Mukha Svanasana) 9. Repeat 2 more times. 10. Low Lunge (Ashva Sanchalanasana) 11. Switch Opposite Lunge 12. Repeat Opposite Side 13. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) 14. Jump to Flat Foot and Stand -> Each sequence takes approximately 90 seconds. -> Perform continuously for 20 minutes. -> Synchronize breath as cued in video for optimal core activation. -> Practice at least 3x this week.
