Sooo, just talked o the computer guy and he is offering me to just keep this loaner PC I have been using and will refund me the price difference as this is an older model. I will have to take it in to have my files put on and a minor issue it has needs fixed, but at least it seems to be ok. otherwise. A very kind fan offered to send me a Macbook Air she has. The computer guy tells me there is no one around here that can teach me how to operate one or transfer my files from the Dell. He said closest help would be Springfield, Mo., which is 2 1/2 hours away :/ Anyone in my area know if that is true?
