For quite some time now, I have been striving to get the perfect impressionist / Painterly image In-Camera, without having to do any editing under post processing work to get the desired results. This led me to experiment and try various methods and techniques and several lenses and contraptions to get the desired results. Often I thought I had achieved the desired objective.... yet upon closer inspection, there would still be a desire for more perfection and better resulting images. My strive continues.... and appears to be a never ending strive... however with every subsequent attempt, I find myself getting closer to my target and closer to my desired image.
