Sophies checkup went great! Its been yrs & still no seizures or meds needed, her neurological age was an infant last time and is now almost a 2 yr old!! He was pleasantly suprise to hear about the treatments & therapies we have done with her and how much she has benefited from all of them! Since her 2nd round of stem cells Sophie has surely improved and then were not even at a yr yet!! Her vision Is better then ever, cant hide anything from Sophie Rose anymore, lol, she is for the first time making noticeable eye contact, her strength is amazing & she only needs me to assist her with 1 finger while she walks, her appetite is better then ever & shes even enjoying ice cream & snowballs for the first time (she used to never tolerate anything cold) she is very vocal and says mama, nana, nanny, momo & ReRe (our dog) very loud & clear! Her mobility is amazing and she has officially mastered everything the Drs said shed never do besides walk, which we are working very hard on! Her understanding skills are at there peak, she understands yes/no & commands, a few such as....give me a kiss, lets play nosey nosey, lol, lets go take a bath, time to eat ect... just all around she has an understanding of so many things we tell her now compared to how in the past she had not a clue. She def has attitude & has developed a personality, we are enjoying it so much, even the bad, lol, its so funny cause she can be such a drama queen when not given her way lol!! Thanks to the good Lord she is now an active, alert, affectionate, happy, healthy & expressive little girl!!! This is only the beginning though, lots of plans left for Sophie Rose, where theres a will there is a way and I will find it!!! :-)
