Sorry I didnt get a pic of our dessert at yum cha at Me Wah on Sunday, but it really ticked all the boxes for me. Easy to eat, presented well, was tasty, was not too sweet but sweet enough so that you knew it was a dessert and not a savoury dish, and was a clever package of dessert. Appearance-wise, it resembled a pale pink pillow, garnished with two halves of a fresh strawberry. When we cut into it, it was actually a pale pink crepe, filled with strawberry jus and some whole poached strawberries, along with a small amount of well-whipped cream. In fact, it was a fancy strawberries and cream! But delicious!
