Sorry I didnt post an update last night..we were tired. Logan Castlebury surgery to place the Omaya catheter in her brain was canceled yesterday because she developed fever & they wanted her to feel little better & complete the tamiflu. In the mean time, she did have bone marrow biopsy done. After reviewing MRI of brain results closely, the Drs decided to give her a short course of low dose radiation to her cranial nerves to get the quickest results for facial & tongue/mouth tingling/weakness. The plan is to start chemo back Wed or Thursday. Will hold off on omaya catheter placement for couple of weeks due to radiation. She rested pretty good last night. Already had radiation this morning. No fevers through the night.
