Sorry, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores...you lost a LOT of business today because your debit accepting software was down...I and about 18 other people stood in a s-l-o-w (!) moving line for almost 20 minutes, wondering why customer after customer was leaving their purchases behind at the register or on the floor in line and walking out, when we FINALLY heard one customer exclaim that after having waited all that time, that no manager had the brains to announce that the software was down? I went up the street to Michaels (where I had STOPPED shopping because they have become so difficult with accepting their own coupons and always being out of stock on EVERYTHING), and they gladly accepted YOUR coupon and gave me another for coming in.
