Sorry for the rant but it has to be said So lets make sense of California and its way to pick the best parent for the child. Job : Me- 8 years in the Navy and make more than the average person my age. Her - Unemployed for 3 years and no want to get a job anytime in the near future Home: Me - Lives in an apartment with multiple bedrooms Her - Lives rent free with Mommy and daddy...Jayden doesnt even have his own room or bed therefore sleeps with mommy Insurance: Me - Covers myself and Jayden and because California is stupid still cover her as well Her - Has none Family Support : Me - My parents arent allowed to see or talk to Jayden because she says she wont allow it therefore she has the right to say no, he hasnt seen anyone in my family in months Her - Bounces house to house of her own family so they all get to see him regularly Parental Figure : Me - Would give anything to see my son (how many people out there have issues wishing they had their dad and how many women wish the dad was actually involved) Her- Says for him to spend over one week of time with his father is unreasonable and would hurt him emotionally. Court agree and says I can see him 35 out of 365 days to ensure he doesnt become confused??? What in the hell is wrong with this state and our country???? Why is the mother always the best option as long as they arent a felon or druggy??? WTF do we have to do as men to prove we can be a responsible and good parent??? Obviously nothing because if your the best there ever was our court system will always say the mom is better. I know people out there feel my pain and I wish for once our voices were heard.... DADDY POWER ;)
