Sorry if this is a repeated question, but How is anyone getting rentals paid for by USAA? We called USAA up and they said no, we can only offer insurance on the rental. They only provide a rental if you have had a collision. We went to Baltimore VPC this morning, where of course our SUV was not there yet. The lady was super nice and we were taken care of right away, no hours of waiting anyways. She said since the weekend and holiday they have until the end of the day to provide us our car. She took our number down and said she would call us either they get our car in today or not. We shall see, but we are going on week 2 of renting a vehicle out of pocket..After 21 years of military life and moving..This is by far the most draining in every way...My suggestion though, is keep positive. I have to remind myself everyday that there are far worse things in this world going on..So just try to keep calm..
