Sort of. So, walked 2 miles to take a fitness session, took the session running alongside attendees, finished session and walked to the running track (all in all approx 6 miles). Proceeded to try to warm up but failed miserably, was scheduled to do run at 6 min miles aiming for 20 minutes. I was getting colder by the second so decided to be sensible and call off todays session. Wouldnt normally not complete a session but have suffered pretty badly previously due to the effect of Raynauds disease when Im very cold and not getting the oxygen I need. Tomorrow is another day!
