South Koreas Prime Minister has resigned. He offered an apology to the South Korean people for what he calls a failure of the government’s response to the ferry boat disaster that tragically took the lives of hundreds many of them students. He Accepted full responsibility for the failure. Reports showed later there were problems with government safety oversight, but it could be argued he wasn’t personally directly responsible for the disaster.
