South Sudan has apparently adopted arms and a flag. Whats the best way to get them into the O&A? (The eagle isnt proper; real ones display dark wings.) The flag--linked to in my first comment on this post--is, I think, Per fess sable and vert, a fess gules fimbriated argent, on a dexter tierce triangular azure a mullet Or. (For a vexillologist, perhaps A horizontal tricolour of black, white-edged red, and green with a blue equilateral triangle bearing a gold star on the hoist side.)
