South side was hopping for sure today. We were making awesome times in drive thru, front counter. It just never fails. Something is always broken down on the south side. Including our drive thru!!! The entire store came to a screeching halt for about 45 seconds of our computers freezing up, and the system rebooting. Once the computer rebooted we were able to get the front counter moving again. The drive through computer we were not so lucky. What a challenging day. I learned that the drive thru times stop counting when the timer reaches 999 seconds. We could not serve the orders, take cash, nothing, time just kept racking up. :::Sigh::::: We wouldnt know what to do with one day that went by that something didnt break down.
