Southwest Kiln Conference Recreating ancient pottery of the southwest. This is an informal gathering of archaeologists, potters and other interested folks with an interest in ancient and modern ceramic technology in the Southwest. This event has been held nearly every year since 2003 at various sites in the American Southwest. In 2014 the conference was held in Tijeras, NM. The Casa Malpais hopes to sponsor this event in 2016 in Springerville!
