Please email me if interested: DOWNTOWN Outdoor Lunchtime Bootcamp- Tuesdays &/or Thursdays Time: 12:00-12:50pm Location: Outside on the River beside the Bess Hotel Start: June 10th/12th – Aug 19th/21st 10 or 20 classes 1x per week: $100 2x per week: $180 Description: Maximize your lunch hour and join an awesome, intensive, fun-filled Bootcamp! I will motivate & inspire you to work hard & get results! With a combination of Cardio, Strength & Agility training, Core stability & stretching, Bootcamp provides a challenging, well–balanced, killer workout! The class is suitable for All levels of Fitness. Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace. I will offer modifications for beginner & intermediate levels. Lose Weight, Build Strength & Endurance and Feel Confident! Outdoor Lunchtime YOGA- Mondays &/or Wednesdays Time: 12:00-12:50pm Location: Outside on the River beside the Bess Hotel Start: June 09th/11th – Aug 18th/20th (No classes June 30th or August 04th) Mondays (8 Classes)- $80 Wednesdays (10 classes)- $100 Both 2x per week: $162 Description: This all-levels class will offer a series of yoga poses combining aspects of strength, flexibility, breathing and relaxation. Modifications will be provided for both basic and intermediate levels. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, this 50-minute class will help connect & rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit. BRIARWOOD Kettlebell/TRX- Fridays Location: Briarwood Park Time: 5:50am-6:50am June 06th-Aug 22nd 10 Classes Cost: $100 per person **You will need to purchase your own kettlebell for this class. Kettlebell/TRX offers a high intensity, full body workout using TRX (suspension training using your own body weight!), Kettle Bells, and body weight exercises.
