Cannabis Associations Will be Regulated by Law. 10 JUN 2014 The Government will start before the end of the year the second attempt to reform the Law of Addiction, as last amended in 1998, to adapt to new times and new consumption. The Minister of Health, Jon Darpón, presented on Tuesday after the Governing Council the outlines of a bill to be unveiled in the coming days and giving the definition and characteristics of associations for cannabis that have legal coverage lacking today. Detailed regulation is incorporated in the development of the law for cannabis associations to ensure it would not be available to minors.
