Special Engagement! February 21st at 6pm. $75 per contestant So you think you can cook? Well, here is your chance to showcase your abilities. We are challenging local home gourmands to participate in a cooking challenge that most people can only dream about. We will create two teams from the contestants that register and they will square off against each other in our professional kitchen. A secret ingredient will be chosen and each of the three courses prepared will have to contain that ingredient. Recipe packets will be created for both teams. Each team will have a chef instructor to guide them, but they cannot help you! After the timed challenge is completed, you will present your creations to a panel of judges and they will collaborate and choose a winning team. Each member of the winning team will receive a medal commemorating their victory at Mirepoix. GAME ON!!
