Special Investigation Unit (SIU) Kireka is holding Apollo Senkeeto who claims to be the Country Representative of Eutaw a company dubiously contracted by Uganda National Road Authority(UNRA) to construct the Mukono-Katosi road at Sh24.7billions. Mary Nyende Kansiime, then Housing Finance bank’s head of corporate banking, signed the performance guarantee in November 2013 and advance payment security in December 2013. Documents show that on January 28, 2014, sh24,7b was wired to the Eutaw account number 1600000998 which by December 23, 2013 had a deposit of sh100,000 only. Investigations further show that by June 30 2014, only sh10m was left on the account before even the start of the road construction. It was later discovered that Kansiime has since left the bank. Probably after getting her share of the loot. Investigations showed that all the sh24.7b has since been withdrawn from Housing Finance, mainly by the Eutaw country representative, Apolo Senkeeto. According to the Police, Eutaw has no visible offices in the country. Senkeeto has since then been living a fabulous life style driving monster cars which were all captured by police. He has also bought two houses one in Muyenga and another one in Munyonyo. Apollo is a former resident of Maryland in America where he has his family. In 2007 he contested for the UNAA vice president´s office and lost. He later relocated to Uganda and used his NRM US Chapter influence to acquire the tender using forged documents from USA.
