Spend 2.5 hours and talked to 8 people from Comcast on Friday trying to get my cable fixed...8! Each person I talked to had a unique reason as to what the problem/solution was. By the end of the 8th person, my cable still wasnt on. Today, I talked to one guy and BOOM. Got impractical jokers dialed up as Im typing this. A lot of times is just takes one person to fix a problem...just needs to be the right person.. :)
