Spending the last week or so in the psychiatric ward has taught me so much about what its like to live as a patient with a mental illness, and to be honest, it sucks! Ive been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder and thankfully Im out of the hospital on Friday. Even though its been tough, my time in the hospital has really put in perspective how important it is to have a healthy brain, because Ive seen first hand what your mind can do to you, and its pretty scary and crazy. So dont be afraid to ask for help and just get checked out, we are all on this earth to help eachother out and we all want the best for eachother. Still slowly but steadily working on my goal for One in Five, and thank you so much for those who have donated. :) I have so much hope for the New Year, and even though this was a little bump in the road, its definitely not gonna stop me from helping others, and making sure that other people dont have to go through what I have!
