Spent 45 minutes on the phone to O2 this evening attempting to get back £60 they have taken from my account for a contract that no longer exists. According to their customer service advisors, O2, the worldwide communications company, cannot contact their customers via phone call, text message or email to highlight a contract that should have been stopped by them when we upgraded. I think Ill write them a letter to explain my grievance. And in case theres any confusion as to how the postal system works, I think Ill send it direct by courier pigeon.
