Spent a lot of time at the pool today! Up and outside before 8 AM. After recording the readings on our new automated machine, I did my lengths in the pool. Then out again just after lunch time to get in the pool and scrub down the edge of the lining with Algae remover. I ended up with green finger nails when I got out of the pool 45 minutes later! Next I called the pool company and checked with him about adding more chemicals to our new equipment and then followed up by completing that task. I am getting to be quite the pool expert. [But you know my definition of an expert, right? x is an unknown quantity and a spurt is a drip under pressure!] Then I did a bit of cross stitch while sunning myself by the pool. Next pool activity was taking a water sample and doing a basic chemistry experiment to test for Chlorine Levels and pH. Finally I got back in the water and used the pool noodle to just lie back and relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of Henderson Estates. Ahhhh ... I am so thankful we solved our pool issues and managed to get the closure notice rescinded - the official notice arrived in the mail today! Yeah!!!!!
