Spent most of my Sunday so far preparing for my challengers that begin tomorrow! I am so excited to help them on this journey! All of them have different personalities, jobs, lifestyles, hobbies- but they all have the same common goal in mind. Each of these challengers want to take control of their health, live a healthier lifestyle, and reach their fitness goals. This is going to be so much fun! I also begin a new journey tomorrow as I am beginning P90X3 with this group! I am doing this program to tone and build strength and I am determined and committed to start and finish strong! I will be posting my before pics to you guys a little later because I want my Facebook friends to help keep ME accountable! I have another challenge group beginning April 21st!
