Spent the day and evening setting up Octobers Virtual Visioning Studio! Its labor intensive yet very meditative in that it requires I be fully present and focused. It takes about 12 hours each month to set up the enrollment process and create our virtual sanctuary. This includes the registration web page, welcome emails, orientation packets and more. There are 117 visioning sessions taking place from October 1 - 31 and each session needs to be set up in our system and each individual access link is then posted to our online registration packet. Of course my favorite part is facilitating the actual sessions. However it is the preliminary tasks completed today that makes it possible to provide a virtual space for people all over the globe to join us for visioning. Its a labor of love and I love it!
