Spookily good evening last night...MC Trev/The Prince of Darkness presided over some devilishly good music! Tasty table treats and atmospheric candles got us all in the mood for a halloweeny time. Fablus return from Alan Fitzpatrick... really melodic stuff. Paul Nicholas also on top form with trademark arrangements of modern folk!! (better known as Smokey Robinson... 8-) ) Chris was excellent, equally at home on dobro and mandolin, and Pete delivered his usual quality set. It was great to see Gary & Becky back in the fold, as well as Armed & Dangerous Andy...back after a slight hiatus (they cant touch you for it!) Good stuff from all concerned and with Bri & Richard rounding off the evening we all staggered into the Darkness a happier band... Kinda the point, I feel ;-) Looking forward to next week already, so come on down and see us folks!
