Spotted at McDonalds on Congressman Dickinson Drive. YOUNG black lab/pit mix with an adorable white heart on her chest. I know shes been there since at least May. I couldnt capture her in then, and when Ive been there since at lunch times, shes been gone - probably hiding. Spotted her again tonight. Shes very skittish, but she will approach for food, and will eventually take it from your hand (she had my cheeseburgers for dinner tonight). She was very gentle when taking food from my hand - no snatch & grab for her! I was able to reach out lightly touch her with my food hand, but she was obviously uncomfortable that I had done so. Unfortunately I didnt have a leash available or I would probably been able to slip it over her head while hand-feeding her. Shes very interested in every vehicle that comes by, and when I opened the truck door she stood up and initially looked very interested. Then when I spoke and asked her if she wanted to go for a ride (you never know, sometimes that works!), she sat down and just watched.
