{Spread the Word} This week, I met a lovely teenager during a theater show I was doing here in Ft. Worth. After chatting, I told her I was gluten free. She replied with, oh yeah- I was diagnosed with slight celiac disease via biopsy 2 years ago and was told I could still eat gluten for now- since its not full blown celiac disease. I nearly fell on the floor (dont worry - I had a great chat with her and her sweet mom). Friends, spread the word, there is NO SUCH THiNG as slight celiac. And while we all have have different symptoms, its the SAME disease. You either have it or you dont. That is all. ;) Lauren Lucille
