Spring is here and our gardens are loving it! We have had a busy time of late adding new garden beds, loads of plants and our new herb garden is nearly finished. A few finishing touches and then we are looking forward to harvesting! Friendly visits from one our resident kookaburras (who always seems to know if we have been digging) and an informative talk by Doug Irvine about sting-less native bees brought us out to enjoy the sunshine. A couple of simple weddings and a diamond wedding anniversary were celebrated, as well as many birthdays and other celebrations. Our high teas are popular on the first Saturday of the month at 2:30pm.
