Squirt and her family thanks everybody for their kind words, and the love being sent her way. I will just explain a little bit about Squirts eveyrday battles. Of course she was born very early, with mum having a massive infection which had passed into her amniotic fluid. Squirt is bottle fed and every feed she has milk come out her nose, which stops her from breathing and feeding and thus causes infections, and also can go into her lungs. Squirt also has a weak tummy muscle and when she burps more food comes up and out her nose, and the issue continues. We have started her on solids under vets advice to try and slow down the reflux up her nose, and this is proving a new challenge, as she now has lumps go up her nose, and this is very distressing for her, so we help clean the nose and look for alternative foods, that has less chance of coming back up, weighty but soft, we are definately on the right track as she has put on 100g in 24 hours, She has been examined so so many times, nothing wrong, just issues from being early, we will do our absolute best to get her through this new hurdle.xx
