Srinagar : Inview of massive protest demonstrations and tense situation across Kashmir valley and parts of Jammu region following killing of four people in Border Security Force (BSF) firing incident in Ramban district, Jammu and Kashmir Police on Sunday warned internet users of ‘rumours’ being spread on social networking website Facebook. A statement issued by Police stated, “Some people are trying to vitiate the atmosphere by spreading rumors on Facebook”. It requested people ‘not to give heed to such posts’.
