Srujana Rao Abhiram Chavali and Prasanna Malavika Rajagopalan challenged me to list ten books that stayed with me in some way. Well, picking out 10 books from the whole lot isnt going to be an easy task. However, here they go, in absolutely no particular order: 0) Calvin and Hobbes by Bill Watterson 1) The Hitchhiker’s Guide the Galaxy by Douglas Adams 2) The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini 3) Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini 4) Sherlock Holmes Collected (AAAALLLL Of them) by SIR Arthur Conon Doyal 5) The Count of Moute Cristo by Alexandre Dumas 6) Uncle Toms Cabin by Harriet Beecher Stowe 7) Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens 8) The Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr.Hyde by RL Stevenson 9) The Alchemist by Paolo Coelho 10) The Millennium Trilogy by Stieg Larsson 11) Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality by Eliezer Yudkowsky/ Less Wrong If i had to list out more then The Three Musketeers, The Fountain Head, A Tale of 2 cities... okay wait! I need to stop. The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis, Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling and Enid Blyton’s The Famous Five, Faraway tree etc. did motivate me to read more but didn’t “stay” with me. I nominate Swetha Ramachandran Rithvik Srinivas Prashanti Chunduri Karthikeya Viswanath Sowmya Vavilala Uday Kumar Chinta Aditya Medicherla AND Sai Rama
