Staff Appreciation Tributes - from West Senior High students Mrs. Cole is the best language arts teacher. She is great with helping students and being approachable. Mrs. Cole is willing to work after school hours to help out students. She’s a great person to have a part of our teaching staff. – WSH student Mr. Dumon uses his humor to relate to the students, and give the class a lighter feel. He understands where students need to improve, and is always there to help. – WSH student Mrs. Stuedemann keeps the class going with her positive energy and structuring of the classroom every day. Very knowledgeable in her understanding of biology. – WSH student Ms. Peoples is one of my favorite teachers ever because she gives you breathing room and the ability to actually connect to your thoughts. – WSH student Mrs. Clone is an inspirational teacher who drags out the artist in all of her students. – WSH student Mrs. Noller is an outstanding teacher due to her light attitude and constant jokes but proper and innovative teaching techniques. She knows when to be serious but convey the information in ways that keep your attention. – WSH student Mr. Baumann is an outstanding teacher because although he is all about working hard and dedicating yourself, he’s never afraid to crack a few jokes and have fun. I think what makes Mr. Baumann so above everybody is the time he spends improving the school and all the encouraging he gives to his students to get involved in the community. – WSH student Ms. Thompson is the nicest teacher I know. She always helps you when you have a question and she cares about how you are doing. She’s an amazing teacher. – WSH student Ms. Chargo loves math and it shows. She tries very hard to pass this on to her pupils and always explains with clarity. – WSH student Mrs. Castle is the most enthusiastic teacher during math and advisory, and it makes everything way more fun. She is kind to everyone and always pulls in kids who are shy and unsure on questions. Castle’s energy is contagious and she is always very patient with kids who misbehave! – WSH student Mr. Gillespie – A fantastic teacher, I don’t think chemistry could ever be as fun as it is when he teaches it! – WSH student Mrs. Kassab is a wonderful teacher because she knows how to add humor to her lessons while still pulling out knowledge to soak in. – WSH student Mrs. Kassab is an outstanding teacher. She is very good at what she teaches and gets the info through very well, while making it fun. She also has the best laugh, and is the nicest person I have ever met. – WSH student #miTCAPS
