We have an Acute Hospital in Barnstaple, N Devon and 17 Community Hospitals aswell as a Community Nursing Service. We are looking for hard working, enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses with excellent communication skills, committed to delivering high standards of patient care within the multi-disciplinary team. You will be expected to work with students and newly qualified staff promoting personal and professional development. All posts include a commitment to work: days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, where applicable to the service. Both substantive, fixed term and Clinical Support Team contracts in full and part-time posts are available. Please indicate your order of preference relating to the areas in which you wish to work. These are: Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics and the Community Hospitals. Skills Requirements The post holder is responsible for the delivery of care and the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of individual programs of care. They are expected to take delegated responsibility in a given shift for a group of patients either within the Community, the Acute or Community hospital.
