StarLife Assurance Company wants a hardworking and a self –motivated gentleman or lady to work in our Retail Department. Position – UNIT MANAGER (TAMALE) Qualifications and Experience The candidate must possess a Bsc. Administration Marketing Option, CIM or its equivalent. Applicant must have worked in salesmanship for not less than 3 years. Sales Executives who have worked with StarLife for the past 5 years and above and hold Higher National Diploma (HND) could also apply. Candidate must be • Eloquent, smart and aggressive • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills • Computer literate • 25 years and above • Have the ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision whiles meeting deadlines. Main Tasks and Responsibilities. • Plan and carry out direct sales activities. • Develop ideas and create sales strategies to help achieve set targets. • Be responsible for leading and training of sales executives to sell quality business. • Put in measures to ensure that sales executives achieve their weekly and monthly targets • Properly vet proposal forms closed by sales executives and append signature on all proposal forms before handing them over to the Branch Manager. • Organise mass presentations, including industrial and church presentation • Act as a liaison between the branch and sales executives.
