It could be argued that the change in dietary fat intake has actually been manipulated and communicated to us in a way that will ensure we continue to make ourselves sick. For example when saturated fat, butter in particular (high in Omega 3) was incorrectly deemed as the enemy, vegetable oil (high in Omega 6) was thought to be healthy, when in actual fact the opposite of both is true, and the dietary rabbit holes gets even deeper. Fish oil supplementation, whilst this is certainly a way of boosting Omega 3 intake, eating fish (wild not farmed) is better, though I use when I feel my intake has been low, Nutri Ltd Eskimo 3 or Dr Udos Choice UK Krill oil are good choices. However, in conjunction with consuming lots of grass fed meat, this should relinquish the need for supplementation.
