Started the day in Marais. Hoped to go to the new Picasso museum and the line was miles long. We later learned that the entrance was free, explaining the people. The winding roads were filled with beautiful shops and cafes. Found a well known bakery famous for their carrot cake. After resting our weary feet went to dinner at the EiffelTower. Beautiful site. Met couples from Germany and Australia. Great dinner from an amazing site. Day ended with the Accordion man. We hopped on the subway after the Eiffel Tower, on the next stop a man with an accordion hops on. Nicely dressed, 50s, fedora, just started playing. Soft smile, immediate thought panhandler, but he did not solicit, he just seemed to enjoy what he was doing. He was pretty good too.
