Starting January 5th 2015 we will introduce CROSSFIT LITE. A 6 week, 3 days a week light version of CrossFit for non-members. This class will feature no barbell movements, but still be a structured & programmed course, not just a bunch of random movements thrown together, hoping for the best. Class will be held at 9am on Mon/Weds/Fri. Everyone who registers will schedule a one-on-one with a coach, prior to the start of classes, to evaluate goals, take measurements, and discuss nutritional guidelines tailored to make you successful.. 80% of people DO NOT follow through with their NY resolutions.
