Starting an intense two week training module for my new broker (while working 30 hrs/wk at my current job!)...by the time I am done, I will have written 18 contracts, met with lenders and vendors, done tons of previews, researched contingencies and loan types in my area, and have a solid knowledge of the inventory in my zip code and neighboring zip codes and more! WOW! and all that BEFORE even getting out there with real buyers! I LOVE IT!!! ..now THIS IS THE COMPANY for me! and they have buyers waiting for me! ........wasted 10 weeks at the wrong company, thats OK, I tend to learn from my mistakes!
