Starting my day with cleaning up a perfect cup of 2 capsule Nespresso coffee that spilled everywhere, counter, silverware drawer, into the cabinet door and all over the floor with the glass cup coffee was in. Last of cream all ready in cup. I have to choose one of the following: 1. Figure today is going to be really shitty. Here we go. -or- 2. Well, I got the crappy part of my day behind me early. I choose #2. Make another cup of coffee after sweeping, wiping, moping and vacuuming. Add a spoonful of vanilla ice cream to my new cup (thanks again Staci Kane) and make my new cup of coffee. Looking forward to seeing a high school friend, Michael Osterman and heading off to my first catering job. It WILL be a good day! :)
