Starting to New Delhi, On the way to Amb Andaura in H.P to attend the Working Committee of NFIR at Maa Chintpurni, Northern Railway. Maa Chintpurni is one of the SAKTHI PEEDAM in Una District of Himachal. Will take up the issue of filling up of vacancies in Ministerial Cadre. And non filling up 13 1/3rd% Sr.Clerk vacancies for the last 27 years in Central Railway. Will be speaking on the issue of Cadre restructuring to get away with matching surrender money value and then cadre restructuring ti retired technical staff. Then the issue of Honorarium to the staff who have worked to conduct PET to RRC Recruites from Feb 2011 to April 2011. The issue of Running Staff who have been medically decategoriesed and absorbed in Clerical Cadre prior to 2006 They got higher Grade Pay of 2800 & 4200 but they are not being considered for MACP. I will also speak on the Issue of filling up of vacancies in Staff & Welfare Inspector 15% direct recruitment quota should be scrapped and it should be filled amongst staff like LDCE etc. I will also talk about the issues of womens in the NFIR WCM.
