Starting today, crew are working to replace water mains that cross Hwy 29 in north Napa. Work will take place along Salvador Avenue from Solano Avenue to Encina Drive. Salvador Ave between Escuela Drive and Encina Drive will be closed. The Solano Ave-Salvador Ave intersection will be closed for night work only. The Water Division will post photos and video clips at cityofnapa.org/water as construction proceeds.
