State cabinet meeting today , Transfers in police expected: Srinagar, July 02: The state cabinet is scheduled to meet under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at civil secretariat , Srinagar today at 4.30 PM. Sources told Sachnews Jammu Kashmir that the agenda of todays meeting is to order some transfers in the police department. There is directive form the election commission of India not to transfer deputy commissioners as they are busy with finalizing electoral rolls in their respective districts.
