State traditionally has model of animal husbandry. Citizens are animals who are cared for. employed, fed and allowed merry making but cannot decide for themselves and cannot remain free. Citizens are offered a luxury to elect, democratically, a butcher out of contenders who can cause their death painlessly. Government is protecting public, at the cost of public [ just as butcher protects its animals by feeding upon them]. Some time, some animals revolt this philosophy, and this very thought is against idea of nation and boundaries, and these protectees (victims of state) are then treated as enemy.
