Statement by High Representative/Vice-President Federica Mogherini at the OSCE Ministerial Council in Basel, 4 December 2014: We all need to work towards a sustainable political solution to the crisis in and around Ukraine. Any solution must be based on respect for Ukraines independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity. As first steps, the Minsk Protocol and Memorandum, as the only commonly agreed framework, need to be fully implemented without further delay.
