Static lunge with triceps kickback: hold a dumbbell in each hand. Lunge forward with right leg-bending right knee-keep back leg straight -lean forward so chest is over thigh-but not touching thigh. Keep back angled not rounded. Lift elbows slightly behind your back-keep head in line with spine and extend arms to straighten & bend in again and repeat for 15 reps. Switch to lunging forward with left leg-bend left front leg and keep back leg straight. Repeat same form for the kickbacks for 15 reps.
