Stay CONSISTENT with your EXERCISE routine! Make an appointment with yourself to exercise and stick to it MINDFULLY: do your best and modify your workout for the days when you feel more tired and slower than usually. We all have days/moments when we feel tired, or stressed for many reasons (cycle, sleepless night because of sick child, accumulated stress from work...). So, maybe on those days do a slower paced workout, a walk, or even a meditation. The key is to show up for your appointment to exercise. You will feel proud of yourself and your body will be thankful to you for the appropriate movement on that day.
