Stay focused on the road Brake is calling on drivers to make a new years resolution to not let themselves be distracted at the wheel. A survey by Brake and Direct Line has revealed one in seven (15%) drivers who use a sat-nav have made an illegal or risky manoeuvre to correct mistakes when following it. A further one in 14 (7%) have had a near miss because they were fiddling with their radio. Distraction can be fatal: drive smart by keeping your eyes and mind on the road.
