“Stick with me and you’ll never go hungry” said my hubby to me one day! “My problem with you, Hon, is that you feed me too much!” I replied! I feel that God is saying something similar to us every day: Stick with Me, you’ll live the sweetest life, filled with peace, joy, gratitude and contentment, despite all the challenges you may face! Here’s what else I feel God is saying to us when we face different circumstances in life: But, God, I’m tired! Stick with Me. Your weakness is a gift, drawing us closer together as you realize I’m your strength. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Just imagine I am with you and holding your hands every moment! But, God, some people are talking about me and insulting me. Stick with Me “you will make small account of words which fly. If you do not desire to please others, no fear to displease them, you will enjoy much peace.”’ But God, these problems I’m dealing with are just too overwhelming! Stick with Me, as I direct you one step at a time. I will help you plan your day so that you will do less, but accomplish more! Trust me in every situation, and focus on doing the “intuitively” right and excellent thing in every moment example and experience. And you will come through each challenge stronger, wiser and closer to Me, mature, not lacking anything. But, God, this person has abandoned me. Stick with Me, I will never leave you or forsake you. I am your “greatest teacher, helper, supporter, friend and companion.” But, God, this person did me wrong. Stick with Me, on the high road, and I will pay you back whatever they took from you and more. But, God, I’ve made lots of mistakes in my life. Stick with me, “even your mistakes can be recycled into something good…” WE GO WITH GOD!
